Work Begins

There has been a lot of working taking place in the Chocolate Factory over the last few weeks. A lot of this has been clearing out all of the storage shelving that previously filled the building. Now we have plenty of open space to work with. We have also began to open up some of the windows that have been boarded and blocked closed for years. Seeing the building with natural light flowing inside for the first time was a magical moment. We are looking forward to the next steps. More photos soon, but for now a few shots from around the building.

Williams & Woods Chocolate Factory

The Williams and Woods building on King's Inn Street before work began rejuvenating it for it's new purpose as a creative community hub, cafe and hostel. Work is now ongoing and we will be posting updates here. Already some resident creatives have moved in and are establishing studio spaces. The current phase is to get the hostel up and running for the summer and the cafe popped up and running.
